How to send my print files
1. Sending files for printing
- The file must be in CMYK mode. In case the original file has an RGB mode, we are not responsible for the final printing results.
- For the reproduction of PANTONE SOLID COATED colors, our machines will be able to reproduce them, but we recommend consulting us before placing your order.
2. Color Management and Control.
COLOR DESIGN prints the files as they are sent to us by the clients. If the file is not correct or has any problems, it will be the client's responsibility.
If you need a custom reproduction, with special colors, with Special Pantones or different from the standard ones, it is necessary to consult with us first, since if you need a specific color reproduction we must first assess the project.
Please note that it will always be printed in CMYK and that depending on the support, the colour reproduction may have a slight variation.
3. Return Conditions in Cases of Disagreement with Printed Colors.
We remind our customers that:
· Files must have a minimum resolution of 300dpi
· Files must be in CMYK MODE
· Files will be printed under the FOGRA 39 color profile
COLOR DESIGN is not responsible for color/tone variations caused by sending files in RGB format.
COLOR DESIGN will do everything possible to provide solutions to our clients, but the amount of the order will not be refunded, as it is not due to a printing error, but to a file error.
Returns will not be accepted when the color variation is caused by the support used for printing. The customer must have a proof of printing on the same material on which the file is delivered.
For example, returns will not be accepted for variations in printing colours, when the customer presents a colour proof on offset paper, when the product delivered by COLOR DESIGN has been printed on vinyl, since the colour reproduction of a design varies depending on the support.
However, we recommend that you consult us with any questions before placing an order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once we receive your order and payment has been made, we begin production of your printed photography backdrop. Once printed, shipping takes place within 24 to 72 hours.
How do I track my order?

I have received an incorrect or damaged product. What should I do?
If the Photography Background arrives damaged, we will exchange it for a new one without any costs, neither for the product nor for shipping.
To report a defective shipment or a problem with the product (Photography Background), or to make a complaint or claim, contact us at the following email: pedidos@vinilopersonalizado.com. You will receive a response from Photography Backgrounds within 24 hours.
Please remember that you must send us a photo of the defective background or damaged package. Once we review your claim, a carrier will go to collect the defective photography background. Once we have the background, we will check the damage and send you the new one, provided that we verify that the defect was a manufacturing defect.
Returns will not be accepted due to misuse of the product. You will have a period of 24 hours to return an order.
